Sampling of river fish, Rueda salad, surubí, dorado, pacú, red meat, and excellent pasta, such as ricotta and walnut ravioli, spinach and walnut pappardelle, and a delicious mousse with tropical flavors, are some of the more relevant creations.

A not-to-be-missed starter are the “empanadas” (meat pies), which are made of surubí.

The wine cellar has more than 200 labels hailing from the most famous wineries in the country.

The service is excellent, attentive, and professional.

Thanks to the restaurant’s popularity, reservations are required.
