Establishments information

Irupé Lodge is the first inn that can be seen over Laguna Iberá upon arrival at Colonia Carlos Pellegrini. It is built on an area of 15,000 square meters of gardens full of wildlife and a swimming pool. It has its own pier, which is a launching point for excursions into the heart of the marshes. Highlights include unforgettable landscapes, bird watching and native fauna: howler monkeys, otters, capibaras, black caiman and speckled alligators, peccaries, bobcats, swamp deer, corzuelas, etc. In the main body of the lodge, there are five rooms of rustic decoration and simple furniture, a huge livingroom overlooking the garden, and a restaurant where continental breakfast is also served. In two separated sections, there are four upper-category rooms. They are comfortable and tastefully decorated with their own deck and beach chairs. Accommodation is full board, four meals and an extensive program of activities. The regional and homemade cuisine is excellent, and the set menu is varied – you can taste fish, lamb, chicken and vegetarian dishes, accompanied by an excellent choice of wines from Mendoza. All the staff is welcoming and friendly, and the service is very professional. It is open throughout the year.
