The restaurant displays smart decoration and an almost minimalist simplicity with the kitchen open for the guests to enjoy. As part of this new proposal, Chef Pablo de Río prepares food using typical ingredients from different areas of the country that result in regional food with his personal touch: Paraguayan corn soup, scallops ceviche (raw fish marinated in lemon juice) from the Argentine sea and acedera leaves; rocket and elder vinaigrette, goat cheese ravioli, sweet almonds, dry tomatoes and pieces of cuaresmillo, pacú fillet with fresh mushrooms and cooked endives. The mud oven, known as horno, occupies a prominent space. The seven courses menu is a journey through all Argentina and is a real success! The restaurant also features a bar and a private cellar for up to ten people. Method of Payment: Cash only Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, from midday till late.
