Lucas Bustos offers new and surprising food and his task is to plan and execute a menu of Argentine style which captivates guests and emphasizes the winery’s labels in perfect marriage with the food as he works together with enologist Pablo Cúneo.
Lucas carries out some classic and molecular techniques and explains every step of the menu.
They were awarded a silver medal by “Best of” Turismo Vitivinicola 20011.
The winery is open from Monday to Sunday, with a fixed menu married with the winery’s labels and choices for children, vegetarians and an executive menu. You can also enjoy pick-nicks at the bottom of the mountains and fun games.
The service is very good and the atmosphere is pleasant at noon and at night for private parties.
