Nadia OF is one of the best restaurants in the country. The owner and factotum is the Spaniard Nadia Herón, whose self-taught personal cuisine has garnered awards and praise. Located in an old adobe house, restored by the architectural firm Eliana Bórmida & Yanzón; it has a magnificent backyard with a wood-fired oven and a 12-meter-long heart pine table with a capacity for up to 22 people.

Nadia serves a six-course meal, which changes weekly.

Among the regular standing dishes of the house are the bread, which is superb (oil pancakes typical of Burgos, not to be missed), and the beef tenderloin steak parked in a clay oven with smashed potatoes and Mojo sauce.

The wine served is from O. Fournier winery, although guests are allowed to bring their own bottle and pay for corkage. Diners are typically from Mendoza and Buenos Aires as well as abroad.
