Chandon inaugurated “Chandon Bistro”, the first winery restaurant that offers dishes which are designed to marry the different sparkling wines.

The executive Chef, Marcos Zabaleta, proposes to accompany the sparkling wines with delicious dishes, especially designed to emphasize the characteristics of each label.

The restaurant offers a la carta menu that changes every three months, but the best choice is the 6 course tasting menu, which includes mollejas con croutte de tomillo (sweetbread encrusted in thyme) and grilled pork with sweet potatoes cream in vanilla.
