Establishments information

The restaurant is located at a big house from 1920 in General Paz neighborhood; a very private and cozy spot. Franco Baravalle, owner and Chef, offers a seasonal menu that is changed according to the time of the year and prepared using fresh ingredients. Also, the restaurant offers an eight course tasting menu that changes every week, a journey of small portions in which the search for distinction is revealed in every step with a balanced variety of delicate preparations: grilled marrowbone with country bread, mountain hare in prickling brine, meat lasagna, Malbec and mountain coconut mushrooms, sorrentinos with Calamuchita smoked trout filling, Quilino kid with smashed potatoes and chili pepper, crystallized duck and crusty potatoes, orange and honey pudding from San Marcos, peperina cream caramel with dulce de leche caprino. The wine cellar features a nice selection of national labels and Riedel crystal wine glasses. The courtyard is a charming place to have dinner when the weather is suitable. Celiac and diabetic menu is available. The service is excellent. Payment method: Cash only
