His cooking style - world famous, is the one he fancies; product driven dishes and Argentinean recipes on French basic formulas plus his appreciation of Tuscan cuisine. Wood fire and mud oven are his favourite techniques which he shows spectacularly on TV, and his cook’s follow his steps faithfully at Patagonia Sur. Menu is short and changes frecuently.
