Fernando Rivarola, owner and chef, proposes a menu of creative food prepared using exotic cuts from the Argentine fauna such as chinchilla, rhea, lamb, llama caiman, river lobster, pheasant, partridge, quail, rabbit, hare, pork and boar. You can also enjoy river or Atlantic fish and sea food, together with local products such as Andean baby potatoes, shoots, baby leaves, eatable flowers, cheese and local marmalades, cold meats and the offer is completed with wines from our vinicultural regions. The seven course tasting menu is original and delicious and is renewed every week depending on products availability.
