At the entrance of Uco Valley, there lays a fascinating farm (finca), full of vineyards, fruit trees such as cherry, apple, peach, pear, walnut and beautiful lakes. 
In 2005, the farm was acquired by Belgian-French John Du Monceau and his wife, Chantal who fell in love with the place and decided to settle down here. 
Regarding the philosophy of Atamisque Winery, Edouard de Rochebouët, Director General, emphasized the idea of “respect for nature”. For that reason, the farm’s natural flora has been kept untouched with his autochthonous atamisque bushes, catalpa trees, chañares, piquillos, cactus and other varieties. 
They also grow vegetables and aromatic herbs on the finca. 
At Rincon Atamisque restaurant, the specialty is trout which is always fresh since it comes from their own hatchery. 
The menu (a la carte) offers empanadas, meats, pastas and some other mendocinas recipes as well as delicious desserts prepared by the Chef. 
All the food is married with the Altamisque Winery labels. 
For next year, they are planning to build a boutique hotel and a chapel in Tupungato.

Bistró La Tupiña is a cozy little restaurant which offers an amazing view of the winery’s vineyards. 
The restaurant serves regional food with gourmet details where the most traditional aspect of Mendocina cuisine is expressed in nicely prepared dishes at the hands of prestigious Chef, Lucas Bustos. 
He explains every dish and offers different regional tapeos such as: empanadas, grilled vegetables and special meat cuts until you get to the main course: ojo de bife (rib eye steak). 
The food is always married with a different varietal from the winery. 
The cooking is made in a big wood oven where “la tupiña”, an iron cooker, is the main feature. 
Eating at La Tupiña is a real gourmet experience.

Andeluna Cellars is located at the bottom of The Andes at an altitude of more than 1,300 meters (4,000feet). The estate is privately owned by the well known American businessman Ward Lay (Frito Lays- Pepsi Co) and is one of the world’s most impressive vineyard scenarios. 
The decoration displayed in the anteroom of the winery itself is outstanding; a big living room and a bar specially designed for tastings and an impressive iron cooker next to a space specially designed for cooking lessons.

Salentein Inn is located at La Pampa farm (finca), a small and exclusive “estancia” surrounded by vineyards, at the bottom of The Andes and 100 km (60 miles) from the city of Mendoza. 
The winery features 13 rooms distributed in three country houses: Los Zarcillos, Los Sarmientos and  Los Racimos. 
An original design in the landscape and the gardens frame the nice swimming pool. The design and interior decoration are simple but very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and cozy displaying tasteful decoration. 
The restaurant overlooks the vineyards and offers the best regional food cooked in the horno de barro (mud oven), the grill or in the open fire using regional products such as lamb, selection of veal cuts, pork, a variety of fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits at the hands of Chef Facundo Belardinelli. 
The service is warm and personalized. 
On Mondays, the restaurant is open for those who are not staying at the hotel, only for lunch. 
Killka restaurant is an additional proposal to the Art Gallery, the winery, and the little chapel which is surrounded by a stunning landscape. 
The restaurant has capacity for 80 guests and offers a varied menu “a la carte” where the simplicity of the local food turns out to be an experience of unique flavors and scents always accompanied by wines from the SalenteinFamily of Wines. 
The restaurant also features a wine shop.

The Lodge, inspired in the traditional architecture of an Argentine farm, has been adapted to suit the life style of a contemporary viniculture farm. 
The design and interior decoration are cozy with rustic furniture and a fireplace adding privacy and romantic atmosphere to the rooms. The facilities are cozy and comfortable. 
The hotel features eight spacious rooms, with design details surrounded by a gallery overlooking the vineyards, gardens and the swimming pool. 
A must: Watching the sunset from the porch while you savor a glass of nice Syrah and a smoked meat tasting plate. 
Chez Gaston, the winery’s restaurant is located in the middle of a fifty year old vineyard and offers wonderfully prepared traditional Argentine food. The dishes are tastefully presented and represent a mix of flavors with the best regional ingredients and fresh produce from their own vegetable garden. The food is married with the best wines from Algodón Winery.    
It is recommended to make a reservation and take the necessary time to enjoy this experience without time pressure. 
The service is very good and the staff is friendly and kind. 
The winery is open from Thursday to Saturdays from 12:00 to 24:00 hours.

Bodega López offers a warm and tastefully decorated atmosphere, with large windows and terraces overlooking the mountains, the winery and the big house gardens.
